Launched a cutting-edge SberTech PaaS business from scratch and was responsible for strategy development, product vision, and resource planning, leading an engineering team of 200 people and a 20-person business team.
Implemented an innovative approach to business architecture, client journey, and CX strategy development, drove project execution to meet the taught timeline and was responsible for C-level negotiation.
Introduced NLP Platform and Voice Assistant add-ons to the GosTech Platform 2.0 ML version to the market.
"CPO as a service" for more than 10 clients' products developed on the platform. Achieved a 3x reduction in app time-to- market, a 5x increase in cost-efficiency, and a 30% increase in customer satisfaction.

Optimize business processes to scale the SMM business of Natalia Panfilova’s "Authenticity Agency," a blogger with an audience of 170+ thousand people.
Task:
What Was Done:
  • Conducted in-depth business diagnostics based on data, customer research, and unit economics calculations to identify growth areas for increased profits.
  • Developed options for strategic development and revamped the product offer structure.
  • Introduced a new customer segmentation (basic, VIP, VIP+) to personalize offers and boost revenue.
  • Established a system for monitoring innovation implementation.
  • Worked on the management model and team structure, designing a target organizational framework and setting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
